I liked the overall layout of her blog as navigating each section was simple and her years work was easy to follow thanks to her very clear labelling. However, some of her posted videos could no longer be watched and there were ads which were a little disrupting. However, in terms of the actual content I liked their choice of location which looked to be a skatepark with lots of graffiti which stood out because the colours contrasted nicely with the grey sky. It also looks to be a peaceful, isolated space to work they can use to their advantage. I like this setting a lot as it has a lot of potential for creativity for a variety of music video genres including narrative and performance

Unlike Paola's blog, Sulemank used a more spread out layout which made navigating even easier. He also included quite a few visual posers to reinforce his research and ideas which I will definitely be doing with my blog as it not only adds more colour but keeps things visual and clear for viewers.

Treatment, Mood Board, Location and reccie

Our music video will be about a girl who fell apart with her friend/s and has changed as a person because of it. Our video will be about 3 minutes and we will be filming in the city, preferably close to Queenstreet. We have chosen this location as it gives a good variety and represents how our main character feels lost in a crowd of people. We will also be filming in a park in the city, which can contrast with the bustling streets as it conveys a more peaceful atmosphere and serenity  which adds some good symbolism. . Our Music video will incorporate three main threads as well as being a mixed genre (Narrative and performance) which gives our target audience different directions to focus on.
